Our Summer Camps

Welcome to our Tennis-Focused Summer Day Camp, where every week is packed with fun, excitement, and adventure!

Each week, we dive into a new tennis focus, helping kids develop their skills while having a blast on the court. From mastering serves to perfecting volleys, every camper will have a chance to improve their game with expert guidance in a relaxed, friendly environment. But it’s not all about tennis! Every week comes with a creative theme—whether it's Sports Olympics, Wild West, or Under the Sea—kids will enjoy arts and crafts, themed games, and fun, non-tennis sports like soccer, basketball, or relay races. Non-tennis activities will be held outside, weather permitting.

In addition to all the action, we sprinkle in plenty of games, activities, and surprises designed to keep campers engaged, excited, and making new friends. It’s the perfect blend of athleticism, creativity, and good old-fashioned fun!

This summer, our advanced junior players will compete in a five-event Thursday Summer Competition designed to simulate real high-performance match environments — from team battles to college match formats and high-pressure finals.

Each event introduces a different competitive format:

• Team Competition (Davis Cup style)

• College Match Day (NCAA format)

• Tiebreaker Championship

• Deuce Point Pressure Challenge

• Birchwood Summer Championship Finals

The Birchwood Summer Competition is designed to develop match toughness, strategic decision-making, team awareness, and confidence under pressure — the qualities that separate good players from competitive athletes.

UTR High School Camp Weekend One:

Saturday, July 18th , 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Price: UTR Member $99; UTR Non-Member $112

Description: A focused camp designed for high school players looking to elevate their game with drills, match play, and expert coaching. The camp emphasizes key areas such as footwork, stroke mechanics, and mental toughness. 


UTR High School Camp Weekend Two:

Saturday, August 1st , 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Price: Member $99; Non-Member $112

Description: A weekend camp for players to improve their match play and UTR ratings through intensive drills and matches. Includes personalized coaching and video analysis to help players refine their techniques.
