Ab*x*Press
The abs and Back are given full attention to give you the results you want. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Balanced Body A toning class geared towards enhancing balance and total body muscle conditioning. Appropriate for beginners to advanced.

Booty Camp
A high energy class with elements of dance, yoga, and muscle conditioning that combine for a total cardio experience. No experience necessary.

Cardio Cycle
Cycling drills done to music within a group setting. Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Please inform instructor if you are new to indoor cycling.

Power Cycle
Cycling kicked up a notch for a morning wake up call. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Please inform the instructor if you are new to cycling.
Pilates on the Ball
A class the combines the strengthening effects of pilates and the core challenge provided by the stability ball. Appropriate for all levels.

Pure Pilates
A class that focuses on conditioning the body from the inside out. Emphasis is placed on core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength and flexibility, while integrating the concept of mindfulness.

Total Body Strength
This class uses free weights, tubing, stability balls, body bars and step to strengthen and tone your muscles, improve core stability, while keeping your heart rate in the fat burning mode. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Salsa
Creative class combining elements of salsa, meringue, hip hop and whatever else it takes to get you to laugh and sweat at the same time. No experience necessary.

Simply Stretch
Follow up your total body workout with a relaxing stretch routine that will promote flexibility and greater range of motion. Appropriate for all levels.

Simply Stretch
Heart rate will be in the zone with this fun cardio workout. No experience necessary, but let the instructor know if you are new to step aerobics.

Yoga
A Yoga class that works your total body with poses that flow easily and gently to improve flexibility, balance and total body strength. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
